Becky Bongiovanni, CSA
Co-Founder and Brand President
As the brand president, Becky Bongiovanni oversees the strategic growth of CarePatrol Franchise Systems. She is passionate about helping franchisee’s run a profitable-purpose driven business. She co-founded CarePatrol in 2009 and was the chief operating officer in 2011. Under her leadership, CarePatrol has grown to 150 locations across 33 states. Becky, a Certified Senior Advisor® (CSA), has been in the assisted-living placement industry since 2003. She has also served as the treasurer of the National Post-Acute Care Continuum from 2016-2018.
Colleen Sieber
Director of Operations
Colleen has over 17 years’ experience in franchising having specialized in business growth through thorough data analysis. As CarePatrol’s Director of Operations, Colleen leads our franchisee support team wherein she assists our team members and our franchisees in diagnosing barriers that affect performance and then helps in the development of business plans to maximize improvement. In addition, Colleen ensures franchisee compliance with all brand standards and develops corrective action plans, where needed, in support of and in service to our franchisees. Colleen is also a Veteran having served four years supporting our Country as a member of the US military.

Katherine Dannewitz
Director of Franchise Development
Kathy has been in the franchising industry for over 18 years in franchise development and operations. She has had the privilege of representing brands in a variety of sectors from Senior Care, Wellness & Fitness, F&B, Home & Financial Services. Ms. Dannewitz has also previously worked as a franchise consultant and has launched and owned an independent franchise development consulting company. She also is a licensed realtor in the state of Louisiana.
Katherine is humble and is very enthusiastic about helping the most amazing people to realize the “American Dream” of franchise ownership. Her goal as a franchise developer, is always, “to represent the brand well and place the best candidates with the right brand.” “It’s truly going to be a privilege, she said, to be a part of Best Life Brands as a franchise developer for Care Patrol. “I’m proud to be a part of this company and excited to be able to help the growth efforts across this great country while serving “the greatest generation” and beyond, through our franchise offerings and franchisee communities.

Nancy Everson
Franchise Business Consultant
Nancy Everson joins the team with 20 years of experience in Multi-unit Business Operations, Training & Development, and Franchise Business Coaching. With a high focus on struggling business owners, she has strategized with them and supported their ever-changing needs. Early on in her career she became licensed as a CNA and worked in a direct care capacity for a skilled nursing facility. Over the last several years Nancy has advocated for family members needing a high standard of care and has seen the need for more passionate individuals looking out for our communities’ older adults. In past roles, Nancy has many years as a Corporate Trainer, delivering and designing instructional content rolled out on a national level. Nancy has headed up several projects within her previous organization to create profitability within franchise locations as well as increase operational efficiency among her fellow FBC’s. Nancy lives in Ortonville, MI with her family. When she is not working, she enjoys going up north and partaking in outdoor fun on her 20-acre property with her husband, 2 children, and 2 dogs.
Parker Knapp
Franchise Business Consultant
Parker Knapp comes to CarePatrol from owning a highly successful Tutor Doctor franchise for more than 8 years in Katy, Texas. Parker is experienced in consultation sales, marketing and public relations, and coaching. She is passionate about CarePatrol’s mission of finding safe living situations for seniors, as the CarePatrol option didn’t exist when her own parents and grandparents needed help and passed away.
She holds a B.A. degree in International Business and French from Converse College in S.C. Her additional past professional experience includes working in Public Relations and Corporate Communications for Michelin North America in Greenville, SC, and for Dye Van Mol & Lawrence Public Relations in Nashville, TN. When she’s not working, you will find Parker spending time with her family , volunteering in her local community, involved in church and following college football. She and Ken have two children, a high school senior and a college student at the University of Florida.
Casey Morris
Franchise Development Director
Casey has been involved in sales and business development for ten years working with companies in a variety of industries, and for the last eight years has specifically worked with franchise organizations. In addition to being a franchise development professional, Casey is also a certified fitness and nutrition coach, and has a passion for wellness helping others achieve their goals. He was born and raised in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley region of Virginia, where he resides with his wife and two children.
Casey is proud to be a part of the CarePatrol team, and sees this as an opportunity to help others "do well by doing good." CarePatrol offers an amazing opportunity for business ownership while providing a valuable service to our nation's senior community, and Casey is excited to aid in the brand's continued growth and success.
