CarePatrol is unique because our franchisees are subject-matter experts and have deep knowledge of the care options in their areas. As a result, our franchisees help thousands of seniors find the right facilities and have helped thousands more family members get the peace of mind that comes with knowing that their loved one is receiving the right treatment.

CarePatrol is an extremely affordable franchise system with unlimited profit potential. The total investment necessary to begin operation of a CarePatrol franchise ranges from $51,120 to $110,970. Our proven business model can be started from the comfort of your home, with little to no overhead, which makes it easy for franchisees to focus on growing their businesses and helping families in their local area.

We currently charge an initial franchise fee of $20,000 - $57,000. Our royalty is a flat fee that varies based on the size of your business.  Please see our current Franchise Disclosure Document for additional details.

We are seeking investors with a minimum of $50,000 liquid assets. While we do not require experience in the assisted-living facility industry or any related field, we do require a passion for helping seniors, the ability to learn and the drive to be a meaningful member in your community.

We have significant demand and room for prime locations throughout the United States. We offer tremendous growth potential with available territory in choice locations. Our brand offers enormous brand equity and the ability to capitalize on the high demand for helping seniors find the care they need and deserve.

While multiple-unit ownership opportunities are possible, we encourage our franchisees to begin their new career as the owner of a single CarePatrol territory. Once you have mastered the business, you may qualify for multi-unit ownership.

This helps to keep ongoing business expenses lower in the crucial early months of launching your business. You will then add the employees you need as your business demands grow.
