Whether my problems were big (like needing an advocacy agency or an appropriate long-term care facility), or smaller (like forms and errands), she was right there with her presence or a "What can I do to help?" phone call. She greatly reduced my level of stress! I will be eternally grateful!

| Diane has updated their 5-star review of CarePatrol Franchise Systems: This year, my guardian angel came from Care Patrol, and her name is Ruthie!! When we had to make split second decisions on moving my father cross country, Ruthie teamed up with another member of Care Patrol, in a different state, to make this transition smooth. Ruthie, representing Care Patrol, was with us the entire, stressful time. She helped with research and visits to assisted living places, always knowing what questions needed to be asked. Ruthie has addressed EVERY question or concern we have had. And we Have had many!! She has treated us with honesty, respect and with genuine concern for MY well being, as well as my father. Care Patrol is definitely one of those companies, who Is making a huge impact on the way people SHOULD be treated in their stressful endeavor for their loved ones. Ruthie has been out to visit my father since he moved in for a visit and even brought a present! I feel she REALLY cares about us!
