Senior Care Consultant
CarePatrol exists to provide the safest care options for seniors. Meda helps families find assisted living, independent living, memory care and in-home care. She reviews the care and violation history of the communities she works with. Meda will tour with her clients to the recommended communities; much like a realtor shows families to new homes. And, best of all, she is a free service to families because she’s compensated by the providers in her network. In Johnson County alone, that is approximately 240 communities. Meda went through the same daunting experience when she helped find care for a family member in Overland Park, KS. This experience gave her the passion that she has today to help families.
Meda has worked in the senior-living industry for the last ten years. Her primary positions were sales and marketing within communities as well as for a private duty in-home company. Previously, she worked as an accountant in a large advertising agency, real estate agent and a meeting planner. She fell into senior living by accident but fell in love with it immediately and knew this is where she wanted to complete her working career. She enjoys working with families and seniors as they make this transition in their lives. It can be an overwhelming time and Meda feels great accomplishment and joy when she knows she helped a family make difficult decisions. She has been able to bring her knowledge and expertise of the market to CarePatrol along with her desire to serve families.

About Meda:
Meda grew up in Lawrence and graduated from the University of Kansas where she received a BS in Journalism/Advertising. She also serves on the leadership team of Colonial Presbyterian Church as Deacon Chairperson at the Quivira Campus. She is married to Jason and has one son, Jordan, who is working on his masters at Kansas State University.
